    G'day Mate! I'm Phil, owner of Down Under Plumbing.

    Originally born and raised in Australia, I made my way to Texas and quickly found something I was passionate about—helping people feel comfortable and confident in their homes through honest, reliable plumbing services.

    For me, plumbing is about more than pipes, drains, and water heaters. It's about solving problems, easing stress, and making sure families and business owners have one less thing to worry about. Whether I'm fixing a leaking faucet, replacing a water heater, or responding to an emergency call, my goal is simple: treat every customer the way I'd want my own family treated.

    If you've met me, you already know I'm a people person. I enjoy getting to know my customers, sharing a laugh, swapping stories, and maybe even sneaking in a joke or two while I work. Building relationships is one of my favorite parts of the job, and many of my customers become lifelong friends.

    " Definitely use Down Under. I found my garage suddenly had a lot of water in it. I thought it was the hot water tank because the tank was located where the water was coming from. Philip, the owner came out right away just to make sure the flooding did not continue. It was on a Saturday. He’s very down to earth and knows what he’s doing. Unlike the big companies, he charges fairly. He did not charge me for the Saturday visit and told me what to do to get through the weekend. His crew was there on Monday at the time scheduled. They did an excellent job. They’re all very nice and trustworthy. They clean up after themselves. The big companies in the Southlake/Grapevine area overcharge. It was nice to find an honest operation. Since moving back here, I’ve used three other plumbers and it’s so nice to have found somebody reputable."

    " Awesome service, Phil the owner is who you'll get when calling for help. He is honest and more than fair pricing plumbing savant, but above all he really cares about people and their plumbing problems. He will urgently address any issues big or small and explain in detail what is needed to get you fixed right the first time.I've used his service three times now (one recent big job where a tree root broke my main water line in the front yard) and each time was the same, very professional and reliable.He is old school customer service where if you treat the customer right the first time, you'll have a customer for life. Not like some big Corp. company that tries to up sell you and only sees $$$ signs.PS. He is an Aussie, hince the company name Down Under."
