Highly recommend Phil and Down Under Plumbing. Sunday evening my 20 yr old water heater decided it had enough. And the bottom gave out. Luckily it was in my garage. So no real damage to drywall/carpet. I called 3 different providers and Down Under had the soonest availability and best rate. Phil texted when he was on the way, showed up when he said he would. And they worked nonstop. They treated my house as if it was his own. And even looked at another issue while they were here. If you need any sort of plumbing work done you would be wise to call!

Definitely use Down Under. I found my garage suddenly had a lot of water in it. I thought it was the hot water tank because the tank was located where the water was coming from. Philip, the owner came out right away just to make sure the flooding did not continue. It was on a Saturday. He’s very down to earth and knows what he’s doing. Unlike the big companies, he charges fairly. He did not charge me for the Saturday visit and told me what to do to get through the weekend. His crew was there on Monday at the time scheduled. They did an excellent job. They’re all very nice and trustworthy. They clean up after themselves. The big companies in the Southlake/Grapevine area overcharge. It was nice to find an honest operation. Since moving back here, I’ve used three other plumbers and it’s so nice to have found somebody reputable.

We had an outdoor faucet with the stem to the faucet that was turning. Even though we had no internal leaks at the time we contacted Phil from Down Under Plumbing to evaluate and repair the situation. Phil had to remove some outside brick work to get at the problem, repaired the problem, changed our faucet to a new washer-less faucet, and as an added bonus repaired the removed brickwork so we didn’t need a mason. The job was completed quickly and professionally and came in under the projected estimate. We couldn’t be happier with the work. Great job and highly recommend Down Under Plumbing.

I generally don’t bother with reviews, but when a company goes the extra mile, you’ve gotta say something. We a water pipe break and running water out the side of my house. I had to shut the main off in freezing weather. My warranty company blew me off. Tried several companies and all were a day or more out. I had to leave town. These took my call while on another job and said they Could be at my house 40 minutes. Personal response personal call back in a minute got to the house within an hour and got a phenomenal great job and a fraction of the expected cost. Totally honest people and said we could replace a section of pipe at great cost or try to fix it good as new. Final job looks better than before it broke. Can’t recommend them enough. Great guys, I great attitudes and if you want quality with Integrity, these are the guts to call😃

Phil consistently does a solid job bringing in the right tools and second opinions when necessary. He and his team do a great job from small issues to larger ones, he found and fixed a pesky leak. Grateful to have found him!
